Tasks large or small, if I can help, I will.
As a service-connected disabled veteran, the issues surrounding veterans health, disability compensation and adjustment in the overall community is of great concern to me. I have suffered quietly for years, adjusting to my current disabilities and live a relatively normal life. Also, fighting to receive service-connection and/or compensation for all health issues of military service has been difficult. My previous experiences motivated me to read, learn and study Title 38 and other resources of assistance veterans.
My frustrations have harnessed and refined my energy and focus to help other veterans. This will also help me in my recovery and adjustment. Advocacy, speaking up and out, sharing my story of health concerns, employment issues and compensation battles may be the way I will focus. I am still attempting to determine the best course of action for my personal advocacy.
If you require any assistance, please feel free to contact me, as I am currently unemployed.
